All professional travel planning and service fee transactions with Premier Travels are processed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.

Professional Planning Fees & Cancellation Policy

Premier Travels charges professional planning and service fees for our expertise, travel research, itinerary development, booking coordination, and personalized travel advisory services. These fees are separate from the cost of airfare, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel arrangements.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Professional planning and service fees are non-refundable once we have begun working on a client's travel request. These fees compensate Premier Travels for the time, research, expertise, and personalized services provided.

If a client chooses to cancel their travel plans after work has begun, the professional planning fee will not be refunded.

Cancellations and refunds for travel arrangements booked with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators are subject to each supplier's individual terms and conditions.
